I work primarily with adults who want to understand how their past experiences influence their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and addiction, and I especially enjoy working with those who are ready to explore meaningful change through self-awareness and emotional growth. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with flexible scheduling options including daytime and evening appointments to best accommodate your needs.
